General Terms

⫸ By contacting me with a commission proposal you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this TOS in its entirety.

⫸ The commission styles and prices described here are for personal use only. Commercial use is not allowed.

⫸ Communication is strictly done through social media chat, discord, or email.

⫸ Clients are responsible for providing adequate references and instructions and for answering any questions for the fulfillment of the commission.That also means showing where the characters should be, what they're wearing (including footwear if necessary), and what style you would like. It's easier if you show an example of what you like from this page's samples!

⫸ Clients will be given an estimated timeframe for final delivery. This timeframe is flexible, and can change for earlier or later, within reason. The minimum timeframe for any commission is one week.

⫸ I'll provide at least two approval stages for a commission:▸ 1st pass: Draft where the poses, places, and composition are defined. There's not a lot of detail, only "stage setting".▸Final pass: The final art, for final approval and/or minimal changes.If necessary, we can have▸Middle passes (2nd, 3rd...): Used as needed between the 1st and Final passes, especially for bigger/ more complex commissions.

⫸ In each pass, clients are welcome and encouraged to ask for corrections or changes if they see fit. ♡ This is being made for you! ♡There's no hard limit to how many changes the client can ask, however having common sense is crucial.For example: asking to change the color of an outfit once would be fine, but asking for it to be changed again later after the previous one had been approved is a stretch.Or: requesting a complete pose/features change on the early passes or a small / partial one on later ones is fine, but asking for an overhaul of poses/features on an later pass is not.Extra / extensive alterations may incur in fees.

⫸ After the final approval, clients will receive the link of a Google Drive folder with two versions of the art for download and later access.▸ The file with lower resolution (smaller), with "commission" written faintly across the image, ✓ is the one for social media sharing. ✓▸ The file with bigger resolution (bigger), is to be used for edits, personal prints, etc. ⊘ It's not to be shared to the general public.⊘

⫸ If the client wishes to cancel the project after we talk about the project, but before I start, I will refund 85% of the total agreed upon value to account for the fulfilled consultation and research I have done.If the art is already underway, regardless of its stage, no refunds will be possible.In the case I need to cancel the project at any stage, a full refund will be issued.

⫸ I reserve the right to refuse to do or to continue doing any commission, for any reason or no reason at all.

⫸ Clients are NOT allowed to:X sell/mint the art they commissioned, at any stage, as NFTs. They must not be used/sold them in blockchains, cryptocurrencies or in their promotion.X feed the art they commissioned, at any stage, into generative AI databases or tools.X claim/credit the art they commissioned, at any stage, as theirs or someone else's.X use the art they commissioned, at any stage, for any ends that fit into "things I might draw" or "things I won't draw" without my explicit, written consent.

⫸ Payments must be made via PayPal or PIX. Typically, there are three options for payments:▸ 100% upfront
▸ 50% upfront, and 50% after final approval and before sending the final files
▸ 25% upfront, 25% after the 1st pass, and 50% fter final approval and before sending the final filesI tend to be flexible with payments when things are done in good faith. :)
